Grievance Policy 

In line with the International Code of Conduct for private security companies, ABNA’A AL IRAQ SECURITY ,has established procedures to enable staff or other stakeholders to report any potential violations of the ICoC or company policies. Grievances can be registered on a “Grievance Voicemail” by telephoning (+964(0)7801000030) It is a voicemail system, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is monitored by a senior member of PSI’s staff responsible for implementing the code of conduct. Callers may leave their details or speak anonymously. Alternatively, an email can be sent to info@aei38.net  . Calls and emails can be anonymous, and every reasonable effort will be made to protect the identity of the caller. ABNA’A AL IRAQ  SECURITY undertakes to:   Investigate allegations promptly, impartially and with due consideration to confidentiality. Keep records about any such allegations, findings, or disciplinary measures. Except where prohibited or protected by applicable law, such records will be made available to a Competent Authority on request .Cooperate with official investigations, and not participate in or tolerate from their Personnel, the impeding of witnesses, testimony, or investigations. Take appropriate disciplinary action, which could include termination of employment in case of a finding of such violations or unlawful behavior; and Ensure that their Personnel who report wrongdoings in good faith are provided protection against any retaliation for making such reports, such as shielding them from unwarranted or otherwise inappropriate disciplinary measures, and That matters raised are examined and acted upon without undue delay .

تماشياً مع مدونة قواعد السلوك الدولية لشركات الأمن الخاصة ، وضعت شركة ابنـــاء العــــراق للخدمات الأمنيةإجراءات لتمكين الموظفين أو أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين من الإبلاغ عن أي انتهاكات محتملة لـ ICoC أو سياسات الشركة. يمكن تسجيل المظالم على “البريد الصوتي للتظلم” عن طريق الاتصال الهاتفي (+9647801000030) وهو نظام بريد صوتي ، متاح على مدار 24 ساعة في اليوم ، 365 يومًا في السنة ويراقب من قبل عضو بارز من موظفي الشركة المسؤولين عن تنفيذ مدونة السلوك. قد يترك المتصلون بياناتهم أو يتحدثون دون الكشف عن هويتهم. بدلاً من ذلك ، يمكن إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى info@aei38.net . يمكن أن تكون المكالمات ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني مجهولة ، وسيتم بذل كل جهد لحماية هوية المتصل. تتعهد شركة ابنـــاء العــــراق للخدمات الأمنية بما يلي:
التحقيق في الادعاءات على وجه السرعة وحيادية ومع المراعاة الواجبة للسرية.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات حول أي من هذه الادعاءات أو النتائج أو الإجراءات التأديبية. باستثناء الحالات التي يحظرها القانون المعمول به أو يحميها ، سيتم توفير هذه السجلات للسلطة المختصة عند الطلب.
التعاون مع التحقيقات الرسمية ، وعدم المشاركة أو التسامح من جانب موظفيها ، أو عرقلة الشهود ، أو الإدلاء بشهادات ، أو التحقيقات.
اتخاذ الإجراءات التأديبية المناسبة ، والتي يمكن أن تشمل إنهاء العمل في حالة اكتشاف مثل هذه الانتهاكات أو السلوك غير القانوني.
التأكد من توفير الحماية للموظفين الذين يبلغون عن المخالفات بحسن نية ضد أي انتقام بسبب تقديم مثل هذه التقارير ، مثل حمايتهم من الإجراءات التأديبية غير المبررة أو غير الملائمة.
